Implement leadership development, performance management, and accountability systems.
Business Optimization
Streamline operations across finance, sales, HR, marketing operations, fulfillment, and client services.
Improve profitability through cost management and operational decision-making.
Lead special initiatives and change management efforts.
Execution & Oversight
Facilitate weekly leadership meetings and maintain a scorecard/metrics cadence.
Ensure quarterly priorities are defined, owned, and completed through clear milestones.
Guide and coordinate project managers, operations managers, and business operations managers (BOMs).
Hold teams accountable to deadlines, KPIs, and standards.
Provide C-suite reporting and executive-level communication.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
Required:
Minimum of 2 years in a full-time role as a Chief Operating Officer or Chief Strategy Officer (internal executive role).
Proven experience scaling a company, department, or division.
Strong leadership background working directly with CEOs/founders.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and/or senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to build and optimize operational infrastructure.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable leading through influence in founder-led organizations (high autonomy, high accountability).
Comfortable installing and running a metrics cadence (scorecards/KPIs) to drive weekly decisions and execution.
Preferred:
