For nearly two decades, I’ve worked alongside founders and leadership teams helping growing businesses untangle operations, align people, and build systems that actually support growth.

I’ve seen firsthand how quickly success can turn into overwhelm when structure doesn’t keep pace. When the business relies on you for every decision, every process, and every problem, growth stops feeling exciting and starts feeling heavy.

That’s why I founded Sacher Consulting.

Ashley Singh, M.Phil., M.S., FRP

Ashley Singh has joined Sacher Consulting, LLC, as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Singh was born and raised in Florida and has worked in firms both remotely and traditionally, gaining expertise in various areas of law such as Personal Injury, PIP, Catastrophic Trucking, Family, Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice, Premise Liability and more. Ms. Singh is a Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar Association and is currently working on her dissertation for the Doctor of Philosophy in Forensic Psychology program.
